中国特色儿童友好型城市建设经验与启示——以深圳市为例

Experience and enlightenment of Chinese Characteristics Child-friendly City Construction——A Case study of Shenzhen

儿童友好型城市是落实《儿童权利公约》和促进可持续发展的重要载体,目前全球约有3000座城市和社区获得儿童友好型城市(社区)称号,我国尚未有城市入选。深圳是我国第一个提出建设儿童友好型城市的超大城市,在联合国儿童友好型城市理念和框架下,深圳结合自身特点,探索了一套系统的建设方案和经验模式。文章在对儿童友好型城市内涵和标准进行梳理的基础上,重点对深圳市儿童友好型城市建设的举措和经验进行了分析和提炼,并为国内其他城市创建儿童友好型城市提出了启示和建议。

Child-friendly city is an important carrier to implement the Convention on the rights of the child and promoting sustainable development.Currently,about 3,000 cities and communities in the world have been awarded the title of child-friendly city(community).Shenzhen is the first mega-city in China to put forward the idea of building child-friendly city.Within the United Nations concept and framework of child-friendly city and combining with its own characteristics,Shenzhen has explored a set of systematic construction schemes and experience models.Based on the introduction of the connotation and standards of child-friendly cities,this paper mainly summarizes the measures and experience of the construction of child-friendly cities in Shenzhen,and puts forward some suggestions and inspirations for other cities in China to build child-friendly cities.
