科学地提出问题是推动社会科学持续进步的重要前提,学者应当以理论结合实践,坚持农经课题研究的政策导向性,用合理的方案设计和科学的方法进行课题实践。课题申报以及课题研究过程中,要坚持政治立场,着眼于重大现实问题,注重调查研究,在加强自身学术素养的同时,加强科研平台建设,加大理论创新力度,运用中国理论向世界阐释中国故事。

Scientifically raising questions is an important prerequisite for promoting sustainable progress of social sciences.Scholars should integrate theory with practice and adhere to the policy orientation of agricultural economics research,and carry out project practice based on reasonable scheme design and scientific methods.In the process of project application and research,we must adhere to the political stand,and focus on major practical issues and pay attention to investigation and research.Our own academic quality should be improved while we should strengthen the scientific research platformconstruction and increase theoretical innovation,applying Chinese theories to explain Chinese stories to the world.
