摘要
在蛋白质编码基因的转录过程中可产生大量的lncRNA,其在整个转录过程中均有调控作用。在细胞增殖及细胞周期、代谢、凋亡、分化等广泛的生物学过程中,lncRNA成了具有关键性的调节因子。近年来,lncRNA的研究已成热点,但主要集中在人类的疾病、细胞分化等方面,在家畜上的研究相对滞后。本文主要综述了lncRNA在牛上的研究进展,旨在为后续的相关研究提供参考。
A large number of lncRNAs are produced in the transcription process,which could regulate gene expression throughout the transcription.LncRNA has become a key regulator in extensive biological processes such as cell proliferation,cell cycle,metabolism,apoptosis,and differentiation.In recent years,the research of lncRNA has become a hot topic,but it mainly focuses on human diseases,cell differentiation and so on,and the research on livestock is relatively lagging behind.In this paper,the research progress of lncRNA in cattle is reviewed,and provides a reference for subsequent related studies.
