摘要
2019年10月,湖南常德市某奶牛场26头犊牛发生腹泻,为了确诊发病原因,无菌采集4头病死牛的肠内容物、肠组织、粪便,采用RT-PCR技术检测牛病毒性腹泻病毒、牛轮状病毒、牛冠状病毒、隐孢子虫、大肠杆菌毒力基因及黏附素,对分离到的大肠杆菌用纸片法(K-B)进行药物敏感试验。结果显示,在肠道样品中有3个astA毒力基因阳性,阳性率为75%,隐孢子虫1个阳性,其他检项均显示阴性,大肠杆菌对10种抗生素全部耐药,耐药率100%。结果表明,该牛场犊牛腹泻主要是由致病性大肠杆菌和牛隐孢子虫感染引起,且大肠杆菌耐药性非常严重。本研究可为该场犊牛腹泻防治提供参考。
In October 2019,diarrhea occurred in 26 calves at a dairy farm in Changde city,Hunan province.In order to diagnose the causes,we collected aseptically for intestinal contents,intestinal tissues and feces of four dead calves,using RT-PCR technique to detect Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus,Bovine Rotavirus,Bovine Coronavirus,Cryptosporidium,E.coli virulence genes and adhesion.With pieces of paper method(K-B)on E.coli drug susceptibility test.The results showed that three astA virulence genes were positive in the intestinal samples with a positive rate of 75%,one was positive for Cryptosporidium,and all other tests were negative.E.coli was resistant to all 10 antibiotics with a drug resistance rate of 100%.The results showed that the diarrhea of calves in this farm was mainly caused by toxic E.coli and Cryptosporidium,and the resistance of E.coli was very serious.This research provides a reference for the prevention and treatment of calf diarrhea.
