滇黄精在薄壳山核桃林下的生长表现 被引量:4

摘要 为探讨滇黄精在薄壳山核桃林下种植的适宜性及块茎品质特点,以林下种植2 a生滇黄精为研究对象,观测其块茎苗繁育植株物候特点和生长习性,比较分析块茎苗、实生苗的根茎生物量和块茎多糖含量。结果表明:滇黄精的物候有出苗期、伸长期、开花期、果实期、枯死期、秋发期、越冬期等7个时期,地上茎杆4月下旬停止生长,快速伸长期历时45 d。地上茎杆和地下块茎生物量呈显著正相关,其地上部分生长量直接影响其块茎的生物量积累,根系数量与块茎鲜重、块茎粗、多糖含量呈显著正相关;块茎苗和实生苗多糖含量均值分别为13.25%和14.35%,达到中国药典标准(>7%)。 In order to explore suitability of Polygonatum kingianum planting under Carya illinoensis grove and the characteristics of tuber quality,2-year-old Polygonatum kingianum in Carya illinoensis grove were selected.By observing phenological characters and growth habits of tuber seedling breeding plants,the root biomass,polysaccharide content of tuber seedlings and seedlings were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the phenology phase of P.kingianum have seven stages:seedling stage,growing stage,flowering stage,fruited stage,withered stage,stage of sprout in autumn and overwintering stage.The stalk on the ground stopped growing in later April and its rapid growth period lasted 45 days.There was a significant positive correlation between shoot biomass and underground tuber biomass,and shoot growth directly affected tuber biomass accumulation.Root number was positively correlated with tuber fresh weight,tuber diameter and polysaccharide content,and polysaccharide content of tuber seedlings and seedlings were 14.35%and 13.25%,which reached the Chinese pharmacopoeia standard(>7%).
