尽管自改革开放以来,我国经济呈现出高速发展态势,但这样的发展,大多是以牺牲环境质量为代价的。这一状况在我国北方尤为突出,北方作为工业大厂的聚集地,其环境破坏程度更为严重。现在,人们普遍认为森林经营是解决环境问题的最佳途径。但在我国北方,森林经营过程中还存在着许多问题,主要表现在:造林地整理不够及时,营林技术落后,造林意识淡薄;所以,我们应该积极地解决这些问题,努力通过森林经营来更好地保护生态环境。

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has shown a rapid development trend,but such development,mostly at the expense of environmental quality.This situation is particularly prominent in the north of China,which,as the gathering place of large industrial plants,has a more serious degree of environmental damage.Now,it is generally accepted that forest management is the best way to solve environmental problems.But in the north of China,there are still many problems in the process of forest management,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:not timely arrangement of forestland,backward forestry technology and weak afforestation awareness;Therefore,we should actively solve these problems and strive to better protect the ecological environment through forest management.
