摘要
作为一种淡水生物,螃蟹的营养价值高,微量元素和蛋白质的含量较高。虽然螃蟹的身体较小,但是还是富含各种营养元素,同时由于味道鲜美,深受广大消费者的欢迎。但是,由于螃蟹是寒性食物,所以体质偏寒的人不建议多食。幼年螃蟹也是其他水生生物的重要食物来源,所以为提高螃蟹的存活率,母蟹需要生产大量的卵。很多商家为了满足市场对螃蟹的大量需求,也会进行人工养殖。螃蟹的养殖需要高水平的养殖技术,主要包括螃蟹对水质和水温的要求、日常管理、成长环境和食物质量要求等,养螃蟹很简单,但是养好螃蟹并不简单。如何在现阶段条件的基础上,培养出健康绿色的螃蟹是本文分析的重点,希望本文对螃蟹养殖提供一定的经验。
As a freshwater organism,crab has high nutritional value and high content of trace elements and proteins.Although the crab's body is small,but still rich in various nutrients,at the same time because of the delicious taste,deeply welcomed by the majority of consumers.However,because crabs are cold food,so people with cold constitution do not recommend eating more.Young crabs are also an important food source for other aquatic organisms,so to improve the survival rate of crabs,female crabs need to produce a large number of eggs.In order to meet the market demand for crabs,many businesses will also carry out artificial breeding.Crab culture requires a high level of breeding techniques,including mainly crab pairs Water quality and water temperature requirements,daily management,growth environment and food quality requirements,etc.,it is very simple to raise crabs,but it is not easy to raise crabs.How to cultivate healthy green crabs on the basis of current conditions is the focus of this analysis,hoping that this paper will provide some experience for crab breeding.
