Scientific Research Institute is an irreplaceable professional scientific and technological team in China's scientific and technological innovation system,and the relationship inside and outside the institute directly affects the development of scientific research.This paper discusses the establishment of a harmonious leadership relationship,cadre mass relationship,work style,department relationship,mass relationship,family relationship,labor relationship,competition and cooperation relationship and peripheral relationship in the Institute,so as to provide the internal impetus for the Institute's innovative cultural construction and its sustainable development.
