Analysis on the treatment of menstrual disorders by regulating five internal organs

文章根据五脏的生理病理关系,探讨通过调理五脏以调治月经病的方法,提出了五脏调经的观点。认为月经病虽病因复杂、表现各异,但它的发生发展与五脏的失调有重要关系,调经以肝脾肾三脏为主,但毋忘心肺,应根据病因症状的不同、五脏功能失调的偏颇,在治疗上有所侧重;同时,根据五脏所主及其相互作用,损其有余,补其不足,通调治之。五脏调和,月经自调。

Based on the physiological and pathological relationship of five internal organs,to explore the clinical thoughts of regulating five internal organs to treat menstrual disorders,to put forward an idea of treating menstrual disorders through regulating five internal organs.The authors believe that although the etiology of menstrual disorder is complicate and the manifestations are various,the occurrence and development of the diseases are closely related to the disorders of five internal organs.Though the treatment should focus mainly on liver,spleen and kidney,however heart and lung also need to take consideration.Therefore,we should apply differed treatment according to different causes and symptoms.Meanwhile based on the characteristic of five internal organs,we need to trace the mutual interaction of the five organs,to eliminate its excess and reinforce its weakness,to regulate and maintain their normal functions.Harmony of five internal organs makes regular menstruation.
