PENG Jiang-yun’s clinical experience in treating cervical osteoarthritis

彭江云教授认为颈椎骨关节炎的核心病位在筋,涉及肝、脾、肾等脏腑;主要病因病机为风寒湿邪乘虚侵袭,以致经输不利,或劳逸失度而致筋脉拘挛;临证以祛邪为先,尤重湿邪、肝肾并补,舒筋为要、调护脾胃,食饮有节、顾惜阳气,动静相宜为其治疗原则,获效颇佳。

Professor PENG Jiang-yun believes that the core disease location of cervical osteoarthritis is the‘tendon’,which involves the liver,spleen,kidney and other viscera.The main etiology and pathogenesis are the invasion of wind-colddampness pathogen by deficiency,which leads to the disorder of channel qi,or the contracture of muscles and vessels caused by the exhaustion and leisure.Therapeutic principles are‘dispelling pathogens first,especially dampness pathogens’,‘supplementing both liver and kidney,relaxing tendons for essentials’,‘regulating the spleen and stomach,eating and drinking moderately’,‘taking care of Yang qi,appropriate for movement and stillness’,which have good curative effects.
