基于红外热成像技术的中医脏腑解剖研究现状与分析

Research status and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine anatomy based on infrared thermal imaging technology

红外热成像技术在中医学的应用研究首先需要明确的就是中医脏腑与经络穴位在体表的定位问题。文章从中医脏腑的研究历史及现状进行剖析,明确了中医藏象理论中对脏腑的认识起源于解剖实践,但五脏不仅局限于脏器本身功能,而逐渐形成具有一定解剖物质基础的五大功能系统。中医脏腑与现代医学的脏器和系统之间具有多对多的交叉对应关系。此外,文章对红外热成像技术在中医解剖定位存在的问题进行探讨,以期为完善优化红外热成像技术在中医学的应用研究提供参考。

The first question of application of infrared thermal imaging technology in TCM is the location of the viscera and bowels of the Chinese medicine and the meridian points on the body surface.This paper analyzed the research history and current situation of TCM viscera and bowels,and clarified that the understanding of viscera in TCM visceral manifestation theory originates from anatomical practice,but the five internal organs not only refer to the function of organs themselves,but gradually form five function systems with certain anatomical basis.There is a many-to-many cross-correspond relationship between the viscera and bowels of TCM and the organs and systems of modern medicine.In addition,this paper discussed the problems of infrared thermal imaging technology in the anatomical positioning of TCM,in order to provide reference for the improvement and optimization of infrared thermal imaging technology in the application of TCM.
