《审视瑶函》眼病发病气候特点探析

Analysis on climate characteristics of eye diseases in Shenshi Yaohan

《审视瑶函》是明代著名眼科医家傅仁宇的专著,文章通过对《审视瑶函》卷三至卷六记载的4类眼病"目赤""目眦疡""目昏""目泪"发病气候特点进行梳理,结合《黄帝内经》运气七篇大论中记载的相关气候特点进行分析,总结出风火炎上、火邪偏胜、燥邪偏胜时段或年份易发目赤;热郁于内、燥邪偏胜时段或年份易发目眦疡;风热相参、热气、风气和燥气偏胜时段或年份易发目昏;风热邪气偏盛的时段或年份易发泪目,即风、热、火、燥这4种邪气偏胜的年份或时段易导致四大眼病的发病与流行,对临床诊治时行眼病具有重要的指导意义。

Shenshi Yaohan is the monograph of FU Ren-yu,a famous ophthalmologist in the Ming dynasty.This article sorts out the four types of eye diseases‘eye red’‘eyes and ulcers’‘shadow’and‘tears’recorded in VolumeⅢto VolumeⅥof Shenshi Yaohan.Combined with the relevant climatic characteristics recorded in the seven treatises of five movements and six qi in Huangdi Neijing.It can be concluded that in the period or year of wind and fire,fire and dryness,the eyes are easily red.In the period or year of heat stagnation,the eyes are prone to choose.In the period or year of wind and heat congruence,heat,wind and dryness,the eyes are prone to faint.In the period of wind and heat invasion,the eyes are prone to tears.The year or period when wind,heat,fire and dryness are the four kinds of evil qi,which tend to lead to the occurrence and prevalence of the four major ophthalmopathy,has an important guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmopathy.
