从“机体受邪-气机失调-浊毒阻络-络网失约”浅析肿瘤病机之中医动态演变过程

Analysis on the TCM dynamic evolution in cancer pathogenesis from the theory of‘getting affected by pathogenic factors,disorder of qi activity,obstruction of turbid toxic,collateral net disorder’

恶性肿瘤之形成是由量变到质变、由微观到宏观的慢性渐变过程,对其动态演变机制目前中医界仍缺乏系统性理论体系,文章在前人认识基础上将其动态演变机制归纳为"一个条件,三个环节",即"机体受邪-气机失调-浊毒阻络-络网失约"四步渐变过程。其中"机体受邪"是肿瘤发生之重要条件,"气机失调"是关键环节,"浊毒阻络"是中心环节,"络网失约"是肿瘤细胞逃逸、浸润和转移之最终环节。

The formation of cancer is a chronic and gradual process from changes of capacity to changes of quality,from microscopic to macroscopic.At present,there is still lack of systematic and theoretical system for its dynamic evolution mechanism in the field of TCM.The paper summarized the dynamic evolution mechanism of cancer as‘one factor,three links’,namely,the four-step gradual process of‘getting affected by pathogenic factors,disorder of qi activity,obstruction of turbid toxic,collateral net disorder’,where‘getting affected by pathogenic factors’is the fundamental factor of cancer occurrence,‘disorder of qi activity’is the key link,‘obstruction of turbid toxic’is the central link,and‘collateral net disorder’is regarded as the final step of cancer cell escaping,infiltrating and metastasis.
