摘要
目的:利用超声辅助-离子液体微萃取-反相高效液相色谱测定银杏叶中咖啡酸、阿魏酸、芦丁、绿原酸、槲皮素、木犀草素、山柰酚、芹菜素、原儿茶酸有效成分。方法:采用RP-InertSustain C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇(A)-0.2%乙酸溶液(B);梯度洗脱;流速:0.5mL/min:检测波长:290nm;柱温:35℃;进样量20μL。结果:该条件下9种成分分离度良好,标准曲线呈线性关系,相关系数均≥0.9994(n=8)。加标回收率(n=3)平均值为98.40%~103.45%,相对标准偏差为0.75%~3.21%。结论:该方法简便快捷、灵敏度高、重复性好,不仅可较为全面地反映银杏叶中各成分含量,还可用于其质量控制研究。
Objective:Simultaneous determination of caffeic acid,ferulic acid,rutin,chlorogenic acid,quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,apigenin and protocatechuic acid in Ginkgo biloba L.by ultrasonic assisted-ionic liquid microextraction coupled with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:RP-InertSustain C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was used;mobile phase was methanol(A)-0.2%acetic acid solution(B);gradient elution;flow rate 0.5 mL/min:The detection was carried out at 290 nm;column temperature 35°C:injection volume 20μL.Results:The separation of the nine components was good under optimized conditions.The standard curve showed good linearity,and the correlation coefficient r≥0.9994(n=8).The average recovery rate(n=3)was 98.40%~103.45%,and the RSD was 0.75%~3.21%.Conclusion:This method is simple and reliable,which not only provides a theoretical basis for quantitative detection of Ginkgo biloba L.,but can be used for the quality control of Ginkgo biloba L..
