门氏苏子理肺颗粒复方中紫苏子配伍前后迷迭香酸提取量变化的研究

Study on changes of extraction amounts of rosemary acid of perilla fruit in MENs’ Suzi Lifei Granules compounds before and after compatibility

目的:建立门氏苏子理肺颗粒复方中紫苏子配伍前后迷迭香酸提取量变化的研究方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定门氏苏子理肺颗粒复方中紫苏子配伍前后迷迭香酸的提取量。色谱条件为:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm);以甲醇为流动相A,以0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相B,检测波长330nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min。结果:以紫苏子原药材的质量为参比,紫苏子单药中迷迭香酸的提取量为0.94mg/g,紫苏子和款冬花配伍后迷迭香酸的提取量为1.14mg/g,复方中迷迭香酸的提取量为1.29mg/g。紫苏子和款冬花配伍以及复方配伍后迷迭香酸的提取量均增加。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可用于门氏苏子理肺颗粒复方中紫苏子配伍前后成分变化研究。

Objective:To establish the methods of study on changes of extraction amounts of rosemary acid of perilla fruit in MENs’Suzi Lifei Granules compounds before and after compatibility.Methods:The HPLC method was used to determine the extraction amounts of rosemary acid of perilla fruit in MENs’Suzi Lifei Granules compounds before and after compatibility.The chromatographic conditions are:Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);mobile phase A:methanol,mobile phase B:0.1%aqueous solution of formic acid,detection wavelength at 330 nm,column temperature at 30℃,low rate at 1.0 mL/min.Results:Taking the quality of perilla fruit as a reference,the extraction amounts of rosemary acid of perilla fruit were 0.94 mg/g;the extraction amounts of rosemary acid after compatibility of perilla fruit and winter flower were 1.14 mg/g;the extraction amounts of rosemary acid in MENs’Suzi Lifei Granules compounds were 1.29 mg/g.The amounts of rosemary acid were increased both after the compatibility of perilla fruit and winter flower and compound compatibility.Conclusion:The method is simple,easy to repeat,and can be used to study the content changes of perilla fruit in MENs’Suzi Lifei Granules compounds before and after compatibility.
