薰衣草精油助眠乳膏的制备及质量评价

Preparation and quality evaluation of lavender essential oil sleep aid cream

目的:以薰衣草精油为主要成分,将其研制开发成外用助眠乳膏。方法:采用综合评分的方法对乳膏基质处方进行筛选,对处方中各辅料用量进行单因素试验和效应面优化试验,选择出外观质量(色泽、细腻性、涂展性和乳化效果)和稳定性(离心、耐寒耐热稳定性)最好的乳膏基质,并对最优处方进行验证。结果:薰衣草精油乳膏最优处方为硬脂酸2.50g,十八醇0.80g,液体石蜡3.50g,三乙醇胺0.80g,再结合单因素试验确定的白凡士林0.50g,甘油3.00g,尼泊尔金乙酯0.03g,加水至35.00g,在此处方工艺条件下制备的乳膏综合评分为95.00±2.23。结论:通过效应面优化薰衣草精油乳膏,其处方稳定性良好,外观细腻易涂展,该制剂使用方便,薰衣草精油释放时间延长,对精油释放具有一定的缓释作用,为香薰疗法治疗失眠提供一个可行的制剂。

Objective:Lavender essential oil is the main ingredient,and it is developed into a topical sleep aid cream.Methods:The cream matrix prescription was screened by comprehensive scoring method.The single factor test and the effect surface optimization test were carried out on the dosage of each adjuvant in the prescription,to select the best cream base with appearance quality(color,fineness,spread ability and emulsification effect)and stability(centrifugation,cold and heat resistance stability),then verify the best prescription.Results:The optimal formulation of lavender essential oil cream was 2.50 g stearic acid,0.80 g octadecyl alcohol,3.50 g liquid paraffin,0.80 g triethanolamine,combined with single factor test to determine 0.50 g white vaseline,3.00 g glycerol,0.03 g ethyl ester,and water was added to 35.00 g.The comprehensive score of the cream prepared under the above process conditions was 95.00±2.23.Conclusion:The lavender essential oil cream is optimized by the effect surface,and its prescription stability is good,the appearance is delicate and easy to spread.The preparation is convenient to use,the release time of lavender essential oil is prolonged,and the release of essential oil has a certain sustained release effect,which provides aromatherapy for insomnia treatment.
