白术、防己对黄芪中4种黄酮类成分的影响 被引量:5

Effects of contents of four kinds of flavonoids in Astragalus Membranaceus after combined with Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz and Stephania Tetrandra

摘要 目的:考察白术、防己对黄芪中4种黄酮类成分(毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷、毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花黄素)含量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定含量,色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm。结果:防己可促进黄芪药材中4种黄酮类成分含量的溶出,其中毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖苷的含量增加了11%,毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花黄素增加了6%;白术可抑制黄芪药材中4种黄酮类成分含量的溶出,其中以芒柄花苷的含量减少最为明显,减少了23%,其次为毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖苷,减少了16%。结论:白术、防己对黄芪中黄酮类物质的溶出有不同影响。 Objective:To compare the contents of four kinds of flavonoids(Calycosin-7-O-glucoside,ononin,calycosin and formononetin)in Astragalus Membranaceus after combined with Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz and Stephania Tetrandra.Methods:HPLC was performed on Hypersil BDS C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with acetonitrile-0.3%formic acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution.The column temperature was 35°C and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results:After Astragalus Membranaceus combined with Stephania Tetrandra,the contents of four kinds of flavonoids were all increased,with the contents of calycosin-7-O-glucoside increased by about 11%,calycosin and formononetin increased by 6%.After Astragalus Membranaceus combined with Atractylodes Macrocephala Koidz,the contents of four kinds of flavonoids were all decreased,with the most obvious decrease of 23%in ononin,followed by calycosin-7-Oglucoside with a decrease of 16%.Conclusion:The compatibility of different drug pairs has influence on the contents of flavonoids in Astragalus membranaceus.
