唐旭东辨治胃食管反流病临证思路探微

Clinical experience of TANG Xu-dong in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease based on syndrome differentiation

胃食管反流病为消化内科常见疾病,临床治疗存在诸多难点。唐旭东教授传承董建华院士"通降论"思想,并在其基础上结合自身临床经验,创建了"脏腑、虚实、气血、寒热"之脾胃病辨证新八纲,为脾胃病的诊疗提供了方法学指导。唐旭东教授在临床上治疗胃食管反流病的过程中将两者有机结合,辨证准确,用药精当,疗效显著。文章将唐旭东教授以"通降论"为纲、新八纲辨证为法的诊疗思路及其在治疗胃食管反流病中的具体应用经验进行总结。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disease in gastroenterology with many difficulties in clinical treatment.Professor TANG Xu-dong establishes the‘new eight principles of syndrome differentiation’as‘zang and fu,deficiency and excess,qi and blood,cold and heat’based on academician DONG Jian-hua’s theory‘dredging and descending method’,which provide methodological guidance for clinical treatment.Professor TANG Xu-dong perfectly combine the theory of‘dredging and descending method’and the‘new eight principles of syndrome differentiation’when treating GERD,and gain remarkable curative effect with acurate syndrome differentiation and medication.This article was aimed to summarize the thought and clinical experience of professor TANG Xu-dong in treating GERD based on the theory of‘dredging and descending method’and the‘new eight principles of syndrome differentiation’.
