浅议加味封髓汤治疗顽固性口腔溃疡

Discussion on the treatment of refractory oral ulcer with modified Fengsui Decoction

顽固性口腔溃疡是一种疑难临床疾病,以反复发作性口腔黏膜损害,口腔灼痛为特点。临床实践发现,患者虽表现为反复发作溃疡且自觉灼热等"火"的症状,但所见大多数患者并不是"实火"所致而多由"虚火"作祟。运用中医治疗该病具有良好的前景,但如何更准确的辨证论治值得深入思考。文章以加味封髓汤治疗口腔溃疡为例,阐述并分析"虚火"所致的顽固性口腔溃疡的阴阳辨证及其临床应用。

Refractory oral ulcer is a difficult clinical disease characterized by recurrent oral mucosal damage and oral burning pain.Although the patients’symptoms repeatedly manifest as ulcer and other‘fire’symptoms like self-conscious burning feel,but the majority of the patients are not caused by‘real fire’,but the‘deficiency fire’.The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has a good prospect,but how to more accurate syndrome differentiation and treatment is worth thinking deeply.In this paper,taking modified Fengsui Decoction for the treatment of oral ulcer as an example,the yin and yang syndrome differentiation of refractory oral ulcer caused by‘deficiency fire’and its clinical application are expounded and analyzed.
