从伤寒、温病的治法演变探讨中医立法思维

中医治疗疾病的思路包括理、法、方、药4个环节,"法"包括治则与治法,其上承中医理论,下连处方用药,是临床辨治的核心环节。伤寒、温病治法,一温一寒,看似对立,却有着千丝万缕的联系,温病治法是对伤寒治法的延续与创新。文章以伤寒、温病的汗法、清法、下法为例,从治法的演变,探析中医的立法思维。

The Clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine including four links:theory,principle,prescription and medicine.The‘principle’including therapeutic principle and method,it is a bridge between theory and prescription medication,and play the key role in syndrome differentiation.The therapeutic method of cold pathogenic diseases and warm diseases.The cold and warm treatment,seems opposite,but there are inextricably linked.The therapeutic method of warm diseases is a continuation and innovation of the cold pathogenic diseases.This paper takes diaphoresis,clearing method and purgative method as examples,discussing the clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine based on the evolvement of therapeutic method from cold pathogenic diseases to warm diseases.
