从同质性在医学应用中的利弊探讨中医疗效评价方法

Discussion on the evaluation method of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine from the advantages and disadvantages of homogeneity in medical application

通过对同质性的概念及其在中西医学中的应用所涉及的相关问题进行了探讨,同质性在现代医学临床评价中有较成熟的应用,因中医药独特的理论体系和特有的诊疗概念如证候,导致其在中医药疗效评价中同质性应用存在一定的困难,同质性在中医学临床试验研究中应用尚处于探索阶段并存在一定的问题。中医疗效评价体系应结合中医药自身特点,将相关中医药特有的概念作为考察因素融入到评价体系中来,采用自身前后对照的研究方法对中医疗效评价可能是一个探索方向。

This paper discusses the concept of homogeneity and its application in traditional Chinese and western medicine.Homogeneity has a mature application in the clinical evaluation of modern medicine.Because of its unique theoretical system and unique diagnosis and treatment concepts such as syndrome(pattern),there are some difficulties in the application of homogeneity in the evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,and homogeneity in clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine.There are still some problems in the application of this area.The evaluation system of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine should be combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and the specific concepts of traditional Chinese medicine should be integrated into the evaluation system as investigation factors.It may be an exploration direction to evaluate the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine by using self-control study research method.
