tau PET在阿尔茨海默病诊断与针刺研究中的应用前景

Application prospect of tau PET in diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease and acupuncture researches

探讨tau正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET)技术在针刺干预阿尔茨海默病研究中的应用前景。以"tau""PET""阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease)""针刺(acupuncture)"及其同义词作为关键词,检索PubMed、Medline、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CNKI、万方数据库中自2014年至2019年国内外的相关文献,进行归纳与分析。tau PET在阿尔茨海默病的诊断和疾病进展跟踪中均展现出了极高的准确性和特异性,是目前临床和实验研究中新兴的阿尔茨海默病的生物标志物。针刺干预阿尔茨海默病的研究中主要运用葡萄糖代谢PET作为观察指标,尚未纳入tau PET技术。tau PET显像结果与阿尔茨海默病脑组织的萎缩高度相关,且个体异质性高,可应用于针刺干预该疾病的研究中,以观察针刺效应对阿尔茨海默病的中枢作用机制。

To investigate the application prospect of tau positron emission tomography(PET)technology in researches of acupuncture on Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Electronic databases,including PubMed,Medline,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and WANFANG databases(2014-2019),were retrieved to identify related literatures,with‘tau’,‘PET’,‘Alzheimer’s disease’,‘acupuncture’and their synonyms as key words.The results were summarized and analyzed.tau PET showed high accuracy and specificity in the diagnosis and progress tracking of Alzheimer’s disease,and it is a biomarker of AD commonly used in clinical and laboratory researches.FDG PET has been used in acupuncture researches on the pathological process of AD,while tau PET has not been applied.The results of tau PET imaging are highly correlated with the atrophy of brain tissue in AD,and the individual heterogeneity is high.It can be used in further acupuncture researches in order to investigate the central mechanism of acupuncture effect on AD.
