摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种难治性神经系统退行性疾病。将活性氧(ROS)介导的PI3K/AKT-mTOR自噬通路作为中药补肾复方治疗AD的重要靶点,选用秀丽隐杆线虫AD模型,利用高通量筛选确定药物抗氧化活性,结合ROS定量、RT-PCR和Western Blot等方法进行相关指标检测,深入探讨中医补肾复方抗AD的作用机制,为丰富和发展中医治则治法理论、寻找和开发临床新型防治AD药物提供科学依据。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is one of the refractory neurodegenerative diseases.ROS mediated PI3 K/AKTmTOR autophagy pathways will be an important target of Chinese medicine reinforcing kidney in compound treatment of AD,applying the C.elegans AD model,high-throughput screening is used to determine the antioxidant activity,combined with ROS,quantitative RT-PCR and Western Blot test related indexes,discusses the mechanism of compound Chinese medicine for reinforcing kidney resistance to the AD,for the enrichment and development of theory of TCM,to find and provide a scientific basis for clinical prevention and treatment of AD new drug development.
