中枢性性早熟患儿出生日期的五运六气规律探究

Study on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors rules of birth date of children with central precocious puberty

目的:通过对3793例中枢性性早熟患儿的病例进行回顾性研究,探讨中枢性性早熟患儿出生日期与五运六气的相关性。方法:收集广州市妇女儿童医疗中心中枢性性早熟患儿3793例相关资料,对出生日期的五运六气分布特点进行描述性统计及卡方检验,得出五运六气结果再结合个人体质预测表进行体质归类。结果:纳入3793例患儿,而出生运气以天干为丁,地支为亥,岁运为木运,主气为阳明燥金,客气为太阳寒水,司天为厥阴风木,在泉为少阳相火者最多,出生在天符和小逆年份的患儿最多,个人体质为阴虚体质多,各组间分布均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中枢性性早熟患儿的出生日期的五运、六气和运气相合均有一定的关联性,而出生的先天禀赋多为偏阴虚、偏热性的体质。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between the birth date of children with central precocious puberty(CPP)and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors through a retrospective study of 3793 children with CPP.Methods:Data of 3793 children with CPP in our hospital were collected,descriptive statistics and chi-square test were conducted on the distribution characteristics of the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors on the date of birth,and the results of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors were obtained,then classify according to constitution.Results:A total of 3793 cases of children were included,born luck with air-dried for butyl,gan hai,at the age of luck for the wood,the main gas for yang ming dry gold,the kind of the sun cold water,day as jue evil wind wood,in the spring as less yang phase most fire,was born in a day,and year of small inverse of children,most personal constitution of yin deficiency constitution,distribution had significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The date of birth of children with CPP has certain correlation with the combination of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and the innate endowment is mostly the constitution of yin deficiency and heat.
