香砂六君子汤通过缓解胃炎治疗抑郁症的机制研究

Study on mechanism of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treating depression by relieving gastritis

目的:探讨香砂六君子汤通过缓解胃炎治疗抑郁症的机制。方法:基于中医药生命科学智能研究平台(CLIP)分析胃炎和抑郁症的相关靶点,通过构建靶点相互作用网络研究胃炎相关靶点与抑郁症相关靶点的关系。解析香砂六君子汤治疗胃炎的作用机制,探索其通过治疗胃炎对抑郁症的间接治疗作用,并对其治疗胃炎和抑郁症所涉及的主要生物过程进行分析。结果:香砂六君子汤中的8味中药可作用于21个胃炎相关靶点,这21个靶点可间接作用于44个抑郁症相关靶点。香砂六君子汤通过缓解胃炎而实现抑郁症的治疗,主要涉及对刺激的反应、生物过程调控以及RNA聚合酶转录等生物过程。结论:研究结果从分子层次上证实了中医从脾胃论治的合理性,并揭示了胃炎与抑郁症之间的关联关系。

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in treating depression by relieving gastritis.Methods:The related targets of gastritis and depression were analyzed,the interaction network of target proteins was constructed,the therapeutic mechanism of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on gastritis was analyzed,its indirect therapeutic effect on depression by treating gastritis was explored and the main biological processes involved in the treatment of gastritis and depression was analyzed.Results:The analysis results show that eight herbs in the Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction could act on 21 gastritis-related targets which continue to act on 44 depression-related targets.Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction could treat depression by relieving gastritis,mainly involving a few biological processes including response to stimulus,regulation of biological process,regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase.Conclusion:The results confirmed the rationality of TCM treatment from spleen and stomach at the molecular level,and revealed the relationship between gastritis and depression.
