摘要
美国是中国贸易出口最大的国家,也是中医药重要的海外发展市场。自1972年中医药在美国得到了快速发展,虽然目前中美贸易摩擦在一定程度上制约了中医药的交流合作,但针灸和中医药教育在美国发展已初具规模,并且具有良好的发展潜力。文章针对面临的问题提出应对措施,如政府扶持中药企业创新,注重中药品牌的建设、强化中药专利保护意识、防止知识产权外流,建立和完善中医药知识产权保护的法律法规,加强中药生产、加工规范化,加强中药质量安全监管等,以加速中医药在美国发展进程,促进中医药国际化发展。
The United States is China’s largest exporter of trade and an important overseas development market for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Since 1972,TCM has developed rapidly in the United States.Although trade frictions between China and the United States has to some extent restricted exchanges and cooperation of TCM,acupuncture and education of TCM have begun to take shape in the United States and have good potential for development.This paper proposes countermeasures to the problems,such as the government supports the innovation of Chinese medicine enterprises;pay attention to the building of Chinese medicine enterprise brands;strengthening the awareness of patent protection of TCM and preventing the outflow of intellectual property rights;establish and improve laws and regulations on intellectual property protection of TCM;strengthen the standardization of TCM production and processing;strengthen quality and safety supervision of TCM,accelerate the development of TCM in the United States,and promote the international development of TCM.
