中医服气辟谷技术对血压干预效果观察

Observation on intervention effects of Fuqi Bigu on blood pressure

目的:观察中医服气辟谷技术对不同血压人群干预效果。方法:以参加中医服气辟谷技术课题培训班的一般学员66例为研究对象,分为正常血压组、正常高值血压组、高血压组,对其辟谷限食前后体质量、身体质量指数(BMI)及血压水平进行检测。结果:62例完成辟谷与指标检测,正常血压组16例,血压正常高值组30例,高血压组16例。与服气辟谷限食第1天(辟谷初期)相比,3组人群服气辟谷限食第7天(辟谷后期)体质量和BMI均显著下降(P<0.01),正常高值血压和高血压人群收缩压与舒张压水平均值显著降低(P<0.01),正常血压人群辟谷后期血压均值轻微下降,收缩压差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辟谷短期可显著降低高血压与血压正常高值人群血压水平,正常血压人群辟谷期间血压可保持在正常值范围。

Objective:To observe the intervention effects of Fuqi Bigu on blood pressures among people with different blood pressures.Methods:A total of 66 participants of traditional Chinese medicine Fuqi Bigu training were enrolled,and their weights,body mass index(BMI)and blood pressures before and after Bigu diet restriction were measured.Results:A total of 62 participants have completed the trail,including 16 in normal blood pressure group,30 in higher normal blood pressure group and 16 in high blood pressure group.Compared with the first day after Bigu diet restriction,the weights and BMI of subjects on the seventh day significantly declined(P<0.01).The mean values of systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly in hypertensive and the higher normal blood pressure group(P<0.01),and the mean blood pressure of normal blood pressure group decreased slightly in the late period of Bigu,systolic blood pressure difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of self-control trail indicated that Bigu diet restriction can slightly reduce the blood pressures of hypertension population and those with higher normal blood pressure,people with normal blood pressure can keep their blood pressure in the normal range during the period.
