Philosophical Problems with Gene Editing Technology:The Challenge of Gene Editing Technology to Science,Technology and Humanity

摘要 近年来,基因编辑技术正不断取得新的突破,在促进生物产业发展改善人类健康的同时,也对科学的正当性、技术的可靠性以及人性欲望等提出诸多挑战。揭示基因编辑技术在应用实践上的悖论特性,从哲学层面对基因编辑技术及其应用进行深入反思,不仅是科学技术与社会研究的重要课题,也是人类命运共同体未来发展的哲学命题。只有从技术、法制和伦理等多方位协同思考与共同应对,方可为化解基因编辑技术哲学疑难探寻新的思路。 In recent years,gene editing technology has been constantly making new breakthroughs.While promoting the development of bio-industry and improving human health,this technology also poses various challenges to the legitimacy of science,the reliability of technology and the human desire.Revealing the paradox of gene editing technology in application practice and rethinking the development and application of gene editing technology on the philosophical level,is not only an important issue of science,technology and social research,but also an philosophical proposition for the future development of community of human destiny.Therefore,with comprehensive collaborative thinking in technology,legality,and ethics,and jointly coping with all challenges,it is expected to explore new ideas for resolving the philosophical problems of gene editing technology.
