治疗前血脂水平和体质量指数与食管癌长期生存的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between lipid level and body mass index before treatment and long-term survival of esophageal cancer

摘要 目的研究血脂水平和体质量指数(BMI)与食管癌患者10年累积生存率之间的关系,并分析它们与患者临床特征资料之间的关系。方法回顾性分析190例对照组和550例食管癌组患者治疗前血脂水平,分析2组人群的差异;同时分析血脂水平和BMI水平与患者预后之间的关系。结果食管癌患者治疗前各血脂水平比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前血脂水平与食管癌生存无明显关系(P>0.05)。食管癌发病年龄低者、肿瘤级别低者、BMI水平越高者10年累积生存率越高(P<0.05),同时发病年龄、肿瘤级别和BMI是食管癌长期生存的独立预测因子(P<0.05)。结论治疗前血脂水平与食管癌10年累积生存率无明显关系。发病年龄、肿瘤级别和BMI是食管癌长期生存的独立预测因子。 Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid levels and body mass index(BMI)and cumulative survival over 10 years in patients with esophageal cancer,and to analyze their relationship with the patient’s clinical characteristics.Methods Pre-treatment serum lipids level was analyzed retrospectively in 190 healthy controls and 550 patients with esophageal cancer.The differences in serum lipid levels between the two groups were analyzed.The relationship between serum lipid and BMI levels and long-term overall survival were also analyzed.Results Serum lipid levels in esophageal cancer patients were significantly lower than in controls(P<0.05).There was no significant relationship between lipid level and esophageal cancer survival before treatment(P>0.05).The 10-year cumulative survival rate was higher in patients with lower age of onset of esophageal cancer,lower tumor grade and higher BMI,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,age of onset,tumor grade and BMI were independent predictors of long-term survival of esophageal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion There was no significant relationship between serum lipid levels and 10-year cumulative survival rate of esophageal cancer.And age,tumor stage and BMI were evaluated as independent predictors of long-term survival in patients with esophageal cancer.
