大型龙门吊刚、柔性腿吊装方式分析

大型龙门吊总装最大的难点在于其刚性腿与柔性腿吊装竖立时的安全性和稳定性。论文介绍的吊装方法是根据总装设备及总装场地情况,选用斜拉钢索固定刚性腿与柔性腿,最后达到总装1200t龙门吊方式,为类似大型龙门吊总装方案提供借鉴。

The biggest difficulty in the final assembly oflarge gantry cranes lies in the safety and stability of the rigid and flexible legs when they are hoisted and erected.The hoisting method introduced in this paper is to select cable to fix rigid and flexible legs according to the situation of the final assembly equipment and the final assembly site,and finally achieve the final assembly method of 1200t gantry crane,which provides reference for similar grand gantry crane final assembly scheme.
