Design and Management of Construction Organization Scheme for Double Island Double Hole Four Line Underground Excavation Subway Station

城市地铁隧道施工过程中难度大,施工工序及交叉作业多,特别是大型地铁车站,其隧道施工组织与管理是建设过程中的一个重难点,也是确保工期、质量、安全、成本、功能的基本前提。论文以重庆地铁环线涂山站为例,探讨了施工总体组织、重难点控制及对策措施,为类似工程的施工组织与管理提供了参考。

The construction process of urban subway tunnel is very difficult,and there are many construction procedures and cross operations.Especially for the large-scale subway station,the tunnel construction organization and management is a key and difficult point in the construction process,and also the basic premise to ensure the duration,quality,safety,cost and function.Taking Tushan station of Chongqing metro ring line as an example,this paper discusses the overall construction organization,key and difficult points control and countermeasures,which provides a reference for the construction organization and management of similar projects.
