水利水电工程项目建设在很大程度上带动了地区相关产业的发展。在水利水电工程项目建设过程中,很容易出现安全事故,严重影响工程建设和维护管理工作的顺利实施。水利水电工程在实际建设过程中不但需要考虑地质、水文条件等外部环境,综合施工方案设计,明确施工风险,而且要重视内部施工组织管理,加强施工质量控制,根据具体施工作业难度,安全管理,有序执行。论文基于水利水电工程建筑施工现场的安全管理现状展开论述,探讨相关必要性决策和应对方法,以供参考。

The construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects has greatly promoted the development of related industries in the region.In the process of water conservancy and hydropower project construction,it is easy to have safety accidents,which seriously affect the smooth implementation of construction and maintenance management.In the actual construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects,not only should the external environment such as geological and hydrological conditions be considered,the comprehensive construction scheme design be made clear and the construction risks be identified,but also attention should be paid to the internal construction organization and management,and the construction quality control be strengthened,according to the specific construction work difficulty,safety management,orderly implementation.Based on the present situation of safety management in the construction site of water conservancy and hydropower project,this paper discusses the necessary decision-making and countermeasures for reference.
