摘要
以马来西亚康诺桥燃气联合循环电站和凯德隆燃气联合循环电站项目为例,结合国际EPC项目的总承包设计管理实践,提出了在燃气联合循环电站EPC总承包项目的设计管理中应遵循的基本管理原则,并对设计管理实践中出现的通病进行了分析与经验总结,特别是针对国内外的设计差别引起的问题进行了一些梳理,为类似工程项目的实施提供了可以参考的借鉴。
Base on the case study of the Connaught Bridge Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant and the Bintulu Tanjung Kidurong Combined Cycle Power Plant Project(both in Malaysia),combined with the design management practice of the international EPC contractors,this thesis proposes the basic management principles which should be followed during the corresponding design management process for such projects,makes analyses and summary of experience towards the common faults during the design management practice stage,especially to the problems caused by the design difference between the domestic and overseas,aiming at providing reference value to the execution of similar projects.
