钛白粉回转窑天然气燃烧器及热风炉设计方法

摘要 介绍了钛白粉生产装置回转煅烧窑天然气燃烧器以及热风炉的设计方法,为了满足回转煅烧窑各工况下的要求以及降低烟气中NOX的排放量。天然气燃烧器采用分段燃烧技术,主要分为点火燃烧器、主燃烧器和加速燃烧器。主燃烧器是为了使空气与天然气混合均匀,采用强旋转射流混合,同时强旋转射流的内部边界存在一个回流区,在燃烧时回流的就是高温燃烧产物,因此可作为稳定火焰的连续点火源。钛白粉回转煅烧窑窑头的操作温度变化在±5℃,窑内温度的稳定性要求很高。为了满足窑内温度的要求,热风炉还要兼作蓄热炉的作用以增大蓄热量,降低热负荷的波动。为了解决热膨胀与施工检修方便,采用轮轨式支架将热风炉整体支承的结构,热风炉能在轨道上自由膨胀移动。 The design method of natural gas burner and hot air furnace in rotary calciner of titanium dioxide production unit is introduced.Natural gas burners are divided into ignition burners,main combustion burners and acceleration burners.In order to make the air and natural gas mix evenly,the main burner adopts a strong rotating jet to mix.At the same time,the internal boundary of the strong rotating jet has a reflux zone,and the reflux is the high-temperature combustion products during combustion,so it can be used as the continuous ignition source of the stable flame.The operating temperature of rotary calcining kiln head varies within±5℃,and the stability of temperature in the kiln is highly required.In order to meet the requirement of the temperature in the kiln,the hot blast furnace also doubles as the regenerative furnace to increase the heat storage capacity and reduce the fluctuation of heat load.In order to solve the problem of thermal expansion and easy maintenance in construction,the roller rail bracket is adopted to support the whole hot blast furnace structure,and the hot blast furnace can expand and move freely on the track.
