摘要
化工项目建设中参与施工管理的有土建、电气、设备、管道和仪表等主要专业,其中土建专业费用约占项目造价的20%左右,在项目建设周期中土建专业工期是最长的,从项目开工直到装置中交前的“三查四定”阶段。因此,土建专业具有造价费用低、时间长等特点。每个化工项目的建设地点、参建单位和管理人员等均不尽相同,施工成本的管理环境也无法照搬复制,但BIM信息管理技术和成本管控措施是可借鉴参考的。现谨以参建的巴基斯坦PVC三期项目为例,列举几个土建专业施工中的事例做分析,以期在后续的施工管理中能够完善管控措施和减少经济损失。
Chemical engineering construction management involves civil engineering,electrical,equipment,pipelining,and instrumentation.The civil engineering occupies about 20%of the project costs,and takes the longest time within a construction period from project start to the mid-term completion upon the“three checks and four confirmations(&punch list)”,and thus it is characterized by low cost and long time.Although construction sites,constructors and management personnel of chemical engineering projects varies,and the management backgrounds of construction costs also differ,BIM and cost control measures can afford lessons.This paper exemplifies several cases occurred during the civil engineering construction of the PVC Phase-III project in progress in Pakistan with a view to improve the control measures and reduce economic losses in the subsequent construction management.
