摘要
选用盘锦#90沥青和SBS改性沥青为研究对象。对沥青样本进行老化处理和相应的低温处理,测试沥青胶浆的低温弯曲极限破坏应变及低温弯曲极限破坏强度,采用弯曲梁流变试验测试沥青的蠕变劲度变化率,并采用沥青玻璃态转化温度解析老化与低温耦合作用下沥青及沥青胶浆性能衰减机理。研究结果表明:当老化与低温共同作用时,沥青及沥青胶浆的路用性能衰减程度显著,对其正常使用产生不利影响。在我国低温区进行沥青混合料设计时,应充分关注沥青的老化作用,并以此弱化老化与低温的耦合作用效应。
Panjin#90 asphalt and SBS modified asphalt were used as the research objects.By aging the asphalt samples and corresponding low temperature treatment,the low temperature bending limit failure strain and bending limit failure strength of asphalt mortar were tested,the creep stiffness rate of asphalt was tested by the rheological test of bent beam,the attenuation mechanism of asphalt and asphalt mortar properties under the coupling effect of aging and low temperature was analyzed by glass state transformation temperature of asphalt.The results show that when aging and low temperature are combined,the pavement performance of asphalt and asphalt mortar will be attenuated significantly,which will have an adverse effect on its normal use.In the design of asphalt mixture in low temperature zone of China,the aging effect of asphalt should be paid enough attention and the coupling effect of aging and low temperature should be weakened.
