摘要
为了研究层间不利状态对长大陡坡路面结构层性能影响,通过滑动模型分析面层、基层与底基层层间不利状态,在层间不同接触状态下对路面应力和弯沉的变化,并结合室内试验评价黏结层力学性能和抗反射裂缝能力,最后通过试验段对长大陡坡路面层间黏结材料进行跟踪观测。研究表明:面层和基层为部分连续或完全滑动状态下,层间的剪应力发生了突变。面层厚度越薄,路基和路面最大剪应力越大。跟踪试验段观测表明:长大陡坡路段应力吸收层能够很好地抗反射裂缝,延长半刚性基层路面使用寿命。
In order to study how interlayer unfavourable condition affects performance of pavement structural layers of long steep slope,the unfavourable conditions between the surface,base and sub-base layers as well as the variation on the stress and deflection of pavement in different interlayer contact states were analyzed with sliding model and then,by means of laboratory tests,the mechanical properties and reflective cracking resistance of bonding layer were evaluated;at last,the interlayer bonding material for the pavement of long steep slope was observed by tracking in test section.The result of study shows that,when the surface and base layers are in the state of partly continuous or positive slip,the interlayer shearing stress changes abruptly;the thinner the surface layer,the greater the maximum shearing stress of the subgrade and pavement.The result of observation shows that the stress absorbing layer in the section of long steep slope may resist to reflective cracking well,thus the service life of semi-rigid base pavement is prolonged.
