摘要 粉末压制成形是粉末冶金生产的一个重要环节,它是将粉末压制成具有一定尺寸、形状、密度和强度的待烧结胚体或零件。研究基于密集堆积球形颗粒的微观力学方法,用Python二次开发工具,生成了随机分布的具有2种尺寸的三维密集球堆积松散粉末颗粒模型,利用有限元分析软件Abaqus在细观尺度上对粉末的压制成型过程进行了模拟,探讨了不同的摩擦条件\,压制方式对粉末堆积行为的影响。模拟结果表明:粉末的堆积过程主要分为粉末颗粒发生位移及弹性变形和粉末颗粒发生塑性变形2个阶段,采用双向压制方式和较小的摩擦系数有利于胚体密度的均匀性。 As an important part of powder metallurgy production,powder compression moulding is to compress powder into an embryo body to be sintered or component with a certain size,shape,density and strength.Based on the micromechanical method of densely accumulated spherical particles,a randomly distributed three-dimensional dense sphere-accumulating bulky powder particle model with 2 kinds of sizes was generated by Python secondary development tool.The compression moulding process of powder was simulated on meso-scale using finite element analysis software Abaqus,and the effect of different friction conditions and pressing modes on powder accumulation behavior was discussed.The simulation results show that the powder accumulation process is divided into two stages:displacement and elastic deformation of powder particles and plastic deformation of powder particles.The two-way compression method and small friction coefficient are beneficial to the homogeneity of density of embryo body.
