摘要
无菌性松动是指人工关节假体在无感染或外部创伤的情况下与骨骼之间发生松动,是初次人工全关节置换术后失败和翻修手术最常见的原因,充分了解无菌性松动的发生机制对制定有效的预防措施十分必要。研究表明,磨损颗粒在无菌性松动发生过程中起到关键作用。本文重点探讨磨损颗粒在无菌性松动中的作用机制,阐述磨损颗粒产生的影响因素,介绍目前抑制或预防磨损颗粒生物学反应的药物疗法,以期为人工关节置换术后无菌性松动的治疗和预防提供理论依据。
Aseptic loosening refers to the loosening between the artificial joint prosthesis and the bone without infection or external trauma,which is one of the most common reasons for failure and revision after the initial total joint replacement.It is necessary to fully understand the mechanism of aseptic loosening for developing effective prevention measures.Researches have proved that wear particles play a key role during the occurrence and development of aseptic loosening.This article focuses on the action mechanism of wear particles in the process of aseptic loosening,discusses the influencing factors of production of wear particles,and introduces drug therapy which inhibiting or preventing biological reactions by wear particles nowadays,so as to provide a theoretical basis of treatment and prevention for aseptic loosening after artificial joint replacement.
