基于动态力学分析的聚乙烯对高模量沥青性能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of PE configuration and content on performance of high modulus asphalt based on dynamic mechanical analysis

摘要 采用脱油沥青(DOA)和添加PE改性的方法制备劲度模量高、抗车辙能力强的高模量沥青,并利用动态力学分析方法对不同结构和质量分数的聚乙烯(PE)制备的高模量沥青在动态剪切流变仪(DSR)上分别进行温度扫描实验;利用荧光显微形态方法和红外光谱仪分析PE结构对高模量沥青动态力学性能的影响及PE改性高模量沥青机制。结果表明LDPE、HDPE和UHM-WPE对高模量沥青G*、G、G″和G*/sinδ随温度的变化影响显著,不同结构PE对沥青抗车辙性能的改善效果依次为HDPE-5502>HDPE-5621D>UHM-WPE>LDPE;PE质量分数越高,对改性沥青的G*、G′、G″和G*/sinδ的改善效果越明显;PE制备高模量沥青的红外光谱图中的特征吸收峰为基质沥青和PE红外光谱图中特征吸收峰的加和,PE对沥青的改性作用主要通过发生物理共混作用产生的。 High modulus asphalt was prepared by de-oiled asphalt(DOA)and PE,which shows high stiffness modulus and good rutting resistance.The high modulus asphalts containing different molecular structures and dosages of PE were carried out on dynamic shear rheometer by means of temperature sweep based on dynamic mechanical analysis.The effects of PE configuration on performance of asphalt were studied by fluorescent microscopic morphology and IR characterization.The results show that the LDPE,HDPE and UHM-WPE have significant influence on G′,G″and G*/sinδof high modulus asphalt.The order of rutting resistance for various polyethylenes is HDPE-5502,HDPE-5621D,UHM-WPE and LDPE.Higher dosage of PE causes better enhancement of G′,G″and G*/sinδ.It is found that the characteristic absorption peak of the high modulus asphalt is the superposition of characteristic absorption peaks from base asphalt and PE,which can be concluded that the modification effect is mainly through physical blending.
