井工一矿19109工作面陷落柱治理研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过分析井工一矿19109工作面的地质条件,结合物探对疑似陷落柱区域的确定,再采用钻探的方法进一步确定19109工作面陷落柱的位置和范围,位于19109工作面800 m处陷落柱长50 m、宽40 m、面积2 000 m2、现涌水量125 m3/h,19109工作面底板距奥灰界面39 m。根据陷落柱的位置并结合井工一矿邻近工作面的矿压观测数据,确定陷落柱的加固厚度不得小于45 m,且分3个水平进行注浆加固。注浆方式采用单液浆与双液浆相结合,注浆前需对受注点相关条件进行掌握同时还根据注浆过程中的实际情况及时进行浆液参数配比的校正,正常注浆时压力设定为1~3.5 MPa,终压3.5 MPa。注浆效果的验证采用物探和钻探相结合,确保注浆加固起到阻水效果和工作面回采安全。 Based on the analysis of geological conditions of 19109 working face in Jinggong No.1 mine,combined with the determination of the area of the suspected collapse column by geophysical exploration, the location and scope of the collapse column in 19109 working face are further determined by drilling. The length of the collapse column at 800 m of 19109 working face is 50 m, the width is 40 m,the area is 2 000 m2, the current water inflow is 125 m3/h, and the bottom plate of 19109 working face is 39 m away from the Ordovician limestone interface. According to the location of the collapse column and the observation data of the mine pressure in the adjacent working face of No. 1 mine, it is determined that the reinforcement thickness of the collapse column shall not be less than 45 m, and grouting reinforcement shall be carried out in three levels. The grouting method adopts the combination of single liquid slurry and double liquid slurry. Before grouting, it is necessary to master the relevant conditions of the injection receiving point and timely correct the slurry parameter proportion according to the actual situation in the grouting process. The normal grouting pressure is set as 1 to 3.5 MPa, and the final pressure is 3.5 MPa. The verification of grouting effect adopts the combination of geophysical exploration and drilling to ensure that grouting reinforcement has water blocking effect and mining safety.
