摘要
通过对1306工作面大角度俯采期间遇到的支架无法抬头、架前架间漏矸、煤机溜槽容易侧翻、煤机装煤效率差、输送机上窜等严重影响安全高效生产问题,进行了认真细致的研究分析。通过采取工作面单向截煤扫机道、自上而下单向移溜、单体压溜槽外沿、铺网逮顶煤等措施,有效解决了以上难题,实现了安全高效生产,为相似条件下大角度俯采综采工作面安全生产提供了参考,具有重要的借鉴作用。
Through the working face of 1306 large angle underhand mining during the encounter on the bracket cannot rise, leakage of gangue between front racks, coal chute easy rollover, coal machine loading efficiency, transport channeling and seriously affect the safe and efficient production problems,careful and detailed research and analysis were conducted. By taking the working face one-way cut coal, sweep lane, top-down one-way move chute, monomer pressure along the chute, lay a diamond net and skim the coal and other measures. Effectively solve the above problems, achieve safe and efficient production. It provides reference for safe production of large angle dip mining fully mechanized face in similar conditions, and has important reference function.
