基于UDEC及沉陷预计的高速路下采煤路面安全性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决我国"三下"压煤严重,开采风险较大的问题,以高速路下压煤开采为背景,提出了运用离散元UDEC数值模拟软件和开采沉陷预计系统对开采完成后地面的变形进行研究的方法。运用UDEC模拟地表最大下沉量为227 mm,最大倾斜值为0.45 mm/m,最大曲率值为0.05 mm/m^2,最大水平变形值为0.3 mm/m;运用开采沉陷预计地表路面最大下沉量为280 mm、最大倾斜值为2 mm/m、最大曲率值为-0.02 mm/m^2、最大水平变形量为1.5 mm/m。研究结果表明:高速路路面的下沉、倾斜、曲率、水平变形均在"三下"压煤规程规定砖混结构建筑物的I级损坏变形范围内,也在交通部发布的《采空区公路设计与施工技术细则》规定的高速路地基允许变形的范围内,确定出此设计方案对高速路的安全运行没有影响。这种研究方法从理论上验证了开采方案的可行性,为"三下"开采方案可行性论证提供了方法。 In order to solve the serious problem of "three-under" coal mining and the high risk of mining in our country, take coal mining under expressway as the background. It is proposed that a method for studying ground deformation after completion of mining by using UDEC numerical simulation software and mining subsidence prediction system. It is obtained that the maximum subsidence of UDEC simulation is 227 mm, the maximum inclination value is 0.45 mm/m, the maximum curvature value is 0.05 mm/m2, and the maximum horizontal deformation value is 0.3 mm/m.The maximum subsidence of surface pavement predicted by mining subsidence is 280 mm, the maximum inclination value is 2 mm/m, the maximum curvature value is-0.02 mm/m2, and the maximum horizontal deformation is 1.5 mm/m. The results show that the subsidence, inclination,curvature and horizontal deformation of highway pavement are all within the scope of grade I damage and deformation of brick-concrete structure buildings stipulated in "three-under" coal compaction regulations. They are also within the scope of allowable deformation of highway foundation stipulated in "Detailed Rules for Highway Design and Construction Technology in Goaf" issued by the Ministry of Communications. It is determined that the design scheme has no effect on the safe operation of expressway. The feasibility of mining scheme is verified theoretically, which provides a method for feasibility demonstration of "three-under" mining scheme.
