摘要
以口孜东矿121302工作面作为工程背景,通过对煤柱内和邻近采空区的CO、O2浓度及密闭墙压差观测的数据分析,合理选定了孤岛工作面的防灭火方案。在工作面掘进期间,对掘进工作面的小煤柱采取了分段施工防火观测孔、沿空侧煤柱喷浆注浆等措施,对邻近采空区采取了施工防火钻孔、密闭墙加固等措施,并建立注浆和注氮系统。结果表明:121302工作面机巷煤柱侧CO浓度得到有效控制;121301采空区内O2浓度降低到5%以下,密闭墙内外压差基本稳定。所采取的防灭火措施有效割裂了煤炭自燃的条件,为工作面快速掘进提供了安全保障,同时提高了矿井煤炭资源回收率及产量,对类似条件下的回采工作面预防煤层自然发火具有工程借鉴价值。
Based on the analysis of the CO,O2 concentration in the coal pillar and the adjacent minedout area, as well as the observation of the pressure difference in the closed wall, a reasonable fire prevention scheme for the isolated island working face of 121302 working face of the Kouzidong mine was selected. During the tunneling of the working face, the small coal pillars of the tunneling face were constructed with fire prevention observation holes in sections, and the coal pillars along the empty side were sprayed with grouting, and the adjacent goaf was reinforced with fire prevention drilling and closed wall, meanwhile the grouting and nitrogen injection system were also established. The results showed that the CO concentration of the 121302 working face machine lane side was effectively controlled, O2 concentration of the coal pillar of 121301 goaf was decreased to below 5%, and the pressure between airtight wall inside and outside performed basically stable. The conditions of the coal spontaneous combustion were effectively destroyed after carrying out the above measures of fire prevention, which ensured the safety of the working face for fast driving, advanced the recovery rate of coal resources and mine production. At the same time, there are engineering reference values for preventing the coal seam from spontaneous ignition in the mining face under similar conditions.
