摘要 联合Solidworks和EON软件建立虚拟三维液压支架模型。基于液压支架机构运动学规律,采用JavaScript脚本语言对虚拟液压支架进行机构运动编程,利用数据采集模块对液压支架关键部位进行数据采集,设计了一套通过以太网进行数据传输,由位移及姿态参数驱动的液压支架的监测系统,为今后建立采用虚拟现实技术的煤矿综采工作面远程监测系统提供参考方法。 The virtual three-dimensional model of hydraulic support was created by Solidworks software and EON virtual reality software. The virtual hydraulic support was programmed by JavaScript scripting language based on kinematics law of hydraulic support and key parts state data was measured by data acquisition module. A monitoring system of hydraulic support driven by the parameters of displacement and attitude was designed with the Ethernet data transmission. The system provides a reference method for building the monitoring system of the fully mechanized coal mining based on virtual reality technology.
