摘要
在推进煤矿开采过程由少人操控向智能无人变革的大环境下,明确了可靠性、系统性、适宜性仍然是刮板输送技术创新核心环节,并分别从基础理论研究、复杂工况产品定制、承载件破坏机理研究等方面提出了下阶段攻关方向。同时,结合煤矿无人开采发展趋势,对刮板输送机位姿感知、运行状态感知、输送系统一体化及工作面设备协同运行等领域研究重点进行了展望。
Under the tendency background that process of coal mining reforming from few-people operating to intelligent unmanned operating,the key of scraper conveying technology innovation which including reliability, systematicness and suitability was further clarified.The direction of tackling key problems in the next stage was put forward from the aspects of basic theory researching,product customizing under complex working conditions and failure mechanism of bearing parts.At the same time,combining with the development trend of unmanned mining in coal mine,the research of scraper conveyor on perception of position and attitude,perception of operation state,integration of conveying system and cooperative operation of working face equipment are prospected emphasizly.
