摘要
基于对斜沟煤矿选煤厂快速装车站列车防冻液喷洒系统使用过程中发现的诸多问题和操作不便,作业过程基本全靠人工现场操作,数据统计不准确等。经过现场调研、分析,进行了系统性研究,后对防冻液喷洒系统进行智能化升级改造,改造后系统稳定可靠,用智能移动终端取代了传统上位机操作方式,减轻职工劳动强度、节约成本、杜绝事故隐患,同时为防冻液喷洒工作的监督和管理提供很大的便利。
Based on the many problems and inconveniences found during the use of the train antifreeze spraying system in the rapid loading station of Xiegou coal preparation plant, the operation process basically relies on manual on-site operations, and the data statistics are inaccurate. After on-site investigation and analysis, a systematic study was conducted, and then the antifreeze spray system was intelligently upgraded and transformed. The system was stable and reliable after the transformation. The traditional mobile computer operation method was replaced with an intelligent mobile terminal, reducing labor intensity, saving costs, eliminate hidden dangers of accidents, and at the same time provide great convenience for the supervision and management of antifreeze spraying.
