阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素胶囊治疗痤疮临床效果观察

Clinical Analysis of Adapalin Gel Combined with Doxycycline Capsule in the Treatment of Acne

目的观察阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素胶囊治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法选取德宏州人民医院2017年4月至2019年5月收治的122例痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用口服多西环素的治疗方法,观察组采用阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及不良反应发生率。结果比较两组患者治疗后2、4、8周疗效后发现,观察组患者治疗2周后总有效率52.45%高于对照组的27.85%;观察组患者治疗4周后总有效率81.97%高于对照组的59.02%;观察组患者治疗8周后总有效率96.73%高于对照组的83.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者治疗结束后第4、8周的回访结果中复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后不良反应发生率8.20%低于对照组的26.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿达帕林凝胶联合多西环素胶囊方案治疗痤疮,效果显著,患者复发率及不良反应发生率均较低。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of adapalin gel combined with doxycycline capsule in the treatment of acne.Methods Totally 122 acne patients admitted to Dehong Prefecture People's Hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with oral doxycycline,while the observation group was treated with adapalin gel combined with doxycycline capsules,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of 52.45% in the observation group was higher than that of 27.85% in the control group after 2 weeks of treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of 81.97%in the observation group was higher than 59.02% in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of 96.73% in the observation group was higher than that of 83.61% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at the fourth and eighth weeks after the end of treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.20% lower than that in the control group(26.23%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adapalin gel combined with doxycycline capsule is more effective in the treatment of acne.The recurrence rate of patients is lower,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.Therefore,it is worthy of extensive promotion and application in modern clinical medicine.
