非诺贝特和低分子肝素联合治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎对患者血淀粉酶恢复时间的影响

Effect of Combination of Fenofibrate and Low Molecular Weight Heparin on RecoveryTime of Blood Amylase in Patients with HLAP

目的探讨高脂血症性急性胰腺炎(HLAP)患者采用非诺贝特和低分子肝素联合治疗对血淀粉酶恢复时间的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2019年8月收治的100例HLAP患者为此次研究对象,按照掷骰子方法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法(奥美拉唑、生长抑素和抗感染药物治疗),研究组在此基础上采用非诺贝特和低分子肝素联合治疗。结果研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为98.00%显著高于对照组的74.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的腹痛消失时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清淀粉酶(AMS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的TG、AMS、CRP比较均低于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后的TG为(4.65±1.05)mmol/L,AMS为(87.50±20.20)U/L,CRP为(4.65±1.01)mg/dL,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用非诺贝特和低分子肝素联合治疗HLAP患者的效果显著,可以有效缩短其血淀粉酶恢复时间,有效改善其血清TG、AMS、CRP。

Objective To investigate the effect of fenofibrate and low molecular weight heparin on the recovery time of amylase in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP).Methods From August 2016 to August 2019,100 patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis admitted in Qidong People's Hospital(People's Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University)were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the method of dice rolling,they were divided into two groups:control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases).The control group was treated with conventional methods(omeprazole,somatostatin and anti infective drugs),and the study group was treated with fenofibrate and low molecular weight heparin.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain and the normal recovery time of blood amylase in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum TG,AMS and CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Serum TG,AMS and CRP of the two groups after treatment were all lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum TG,AMS and CRP were(4.65±1.05)mmol/L,(87.50±20.20)U/L,and(4.65±1.01)mg/dL in the study group after treatment,all of which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of fenofibrate and low molecular weight heparin has a significant effect on HLAP patients,which can effectively shorten the recovery time of blood amylase and improve serum TG,AMS and CRP.
