卡维地洛和美托洛尔治疗高血压的疗效及其对糖脂代谢影响的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy of Carvedilol and Metoprolol in Treating Hypertension and Its Effect on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism

目的分析高血压患者分别采用卡维地洛和美托洛尔进行治疗的临床效果及其对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月重庆市垫江县人民医院收治的100例高血压患者,根据入院的先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用口服美托洛尔治疗,观察组采用口服卡维地洛治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及其对糖脂代谢的影响。结果治疗后观察组患者血压、血糖及血脂水平均得到显著改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者采用口服卡维地洛治疗,可有效提高患者的血压控制效果,改善患者血糖及血脂水平。

Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect of carvedilol and metoprolol on hypertension patients and their effects on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods Totally 100 patients with hypertension admitted to Dianjiang County People's Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission were divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol and the observation group was given carvedilol.The therapeutic effect and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism of the two groups were compared.Results After the treatment,the blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the observation group were significantly improved,and the data comparison between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol treatment for hypertension patients can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect and improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of patients.
